Student Enrollment - Registration

Before any student can register for classes or participate in extracurricular activities, they must be enrolled at AFHS. To begin the process, all new student must fill out the student enrollment packet.

For new students who have never attended ASD

Student Registration

The Following is REQUIRED to Enroll:

Student must be officially withdrawn from previous school (Provide a copy of transcript/grades if possible).
Complete the New Student Enrollment Packet.
Provide Proof of Residency (Only a American Fork City Utility Bill, Lease, or Purchase Agreement is Accepted). Residents with a separate family requires an additional notarized form available in the counseling office.
Original Birth Certificate.
Fill out Immunization Record Sheet with Dates.
(If Applicable) Divorce Decree with judges signature or Power of Attorney.

Please bring the complete packet to the Counseling Office, Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 3:00pm or fax it to the Counseling Office at 801.756.8412 with the Fax Sheet. Once the enrollment paperwork has been verified, our office will set up an appointment with the student’s counselor to make their schedule. ASD - American Fork High Boundaries

Check the MAP to see if the student lives within the American Fork High boundaries. All students who live outside the established school boundaries and wish to attend AFHS must fill out the ONLINE OUT-OF-AREA APPLICATION.

Each spring students will register for their classes for the next school year. This is done on skyward through arena scheduling. Below is the 2023-2024 school year arena scheduling dates for each class.
