Come to room 3! We have mindful activities you can do for 10 minutes to destress before returning to class.
School can be overwhelming. We wanted to offer a safe place for students to take a break, so we created the mindfulness room. Students are allowed to come to the mindfulness room for 10 minutes before returning to their class. It is simple, check in with the counseling secretaries and then head right next door to room 3. You just sign in, pick up a 10 minute timer and a mindfulness activity. Once your timer runs out, you can return your activity, sign out and head back to class!
