Foothill Elementary

My name is Fernando Castro and I will be Foothill's new PE teacher this year. I was born in El Salvador, and immigrated to the United States 30 years ago. My bachelor's degree is from BYU. I spent last year working at Foothill as a mentor to some of our lovely students. I loved building relationships with the students and faculty over the school year and am very excited to continue to serve Foothill as the new PE teacher. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football and soccer, and listening to 90's music.
